Application:
The spray test system is designed and manufactured according to the standard IEC60529<<Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)>>, used to test waterproof performance of the electrical products which second characteristic is numeral 3 4 5 6.
It is used for the testing of IPX3, X4, X5, X6 waterproof degrees testing purposes.
The device to shell protection grade (IP code) based mainly for electrical and electronic products, LED products, lamps, electrical cabinets, communications, digital equipment, transportation and other products to simulate outdoor rain weather conditions, and test the performance of the product is waterproof, to determine whether the corresponding level of protection, in order to product’s design, development and test use.
The application of the comprehensive control system and the frequency conversion technology makes the rotation angle of the test sample rack.
The swing angle of the pendulum rod and the swing frequency of the spray water can be adjusted automatically.
