Application:

Such standards require the checking of size & definition etc.
These gauges are constructed from senior stainless steel and appropriate steel with a hardness of at least 60 HRC and a roughness
according to standard require.
Each gauge is supplied with a certificate of calibration.

Go gauge for caps PGJ19-1, PGJ19-2, PGJ19-3

Purpose: To check the contact section of caps PGJ19-1, PGJ19-2 and PGJ19-3.
Testing: It shall be possible, without using undue force, to insert the gauge into the contact
section of a PGJ19-1, PGJ19-2 or PGJ19-3 cap until surface Y of the gauge is seated on the rim of
The lamp cap.
It shall not be possible to insert the gauge into the contact section of a PGJ19-4 or PGJ19-5 cap.

Go Gauge for caps PGJ19-4 PGJ19-5
Purpose: To check the contact section of caps PGJ19-4 and PGJ19-5.
Testing: It shall be possible, without using undue force, to insert the gauge into the contact section of
a PGJ19-4 or PGJ19-5 cap until surface Y of the gauge is seated on the rim of the lamp cap.
It shall nto be possible to insert the gauge into the contact section of a PGJ19-1, PGJ19-2 or PGJ19-3 cap.
